  房间干净 装修是日式风格 距离地铁站坐公交车很方便 房东也很热情 很好的民宿~

  房子是三层,每层面积都很小,房间干净整洁,客厅的茶几很大,占据较大空间,其实建议可以换小茶几,留下更多活动空间｡距离便利店很近,门口罗森全家都有,距离地铁站也不远,总之还不错,就是客厅再宽敞点就更好了

ที่พักสะอาด หาไม่ยาก เดินทางด้วยรถไฟจากสนามบินนารีตะลงที่อูเอโนะแล้วต่อรถไฟใต้ดินสายสีเทา(H) มา 2 สถานีลงที่ H19 minowa แล้วเดินเข้าซอยประมาณ 2-300 เมตรก็เจอ ที่พักเงียบสงบคนไม่เยอะ ปากซอยด้านสถานีรถไฟมี 7-11 ตรงข้ามมี supermarket 24 ชม.ไม่ไกลก็จะ มีร้านแมคโดเนล ร้านอาหารก็มีหลายร้าน yoshinoya matzuya ฯลฯ เดินทางด้วยรถไฟสะดวกสบาย ไม่ว่าจะไปแหล่งช้อปปิ้งย่านชินจุกุ ฮาราจุกุ ชิบูย่า อูเอโนะ ตลาดอเมโยโกะ ตึกม่วง นั่งรถไฟอย่างเดียว สะดวกสบาย

  The location is very convenient. Only 100 meters to the nearest station. And there are many convenient shop just on the other side of the road. The first floor is a little small but enough for having breakfast together with 5 person.

  とても快適な一泊二日でした｡綺麗で暖かくて皆大満足でした｡ﾄｲﾚの数､お風呂の数も沢山あり､なに不自由なかったです｡
ｱﾒﾆﾃｨについて､もう少しわかりやすいところに細かく描いて頂けることと､歯磨き粉入りの歯ﾌﾞﾗｼにして頂けると助かりました｡
総合的に見ると本当に素敵な宿泊施設で､また使わせていただきたいと思います｡今後とも宜しくお願いします｡

You can expect a wonderful and thoughtful host. Full with instructions how to use all the facilities in the house. I loved the bathtub

A very clean and tidy apartment. Only disadvantage is no lift to 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Late check out request to pay for 1hr 3,500 yen.

Location is far from Ueno Station but there is a station just 5minutes walk (Iriya Station)

Apartment looks new and sparkling clean. Rice cooker, iron and other items can request from reception. Check in and check out very easy.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nearby entries are limited but if you’re not fussy there is one Yoshinoya nearby the station. A supermarket just next to the station too.

Overall my family of 6 have enjoyed our stay and looking for to our next year trip to Hokkaido and Okinawa...

  Very nice place to discover Tokyo. Close to Ueno station, very convenient! Large flat, was perfect for the 5 of us. I recommend!

Great place. Lots of room - big enough for a family. Loved the Kotatsu, washer/dryer and other amenities. This place is also very close to Asakusa’s main shrine and shopping streets. Very close to Tokyo Sky Tree as well. Komei was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to our questions.
